http://1.1.1.1/index.html (where 1.1.1.1 should be replaced by your computer’s real IP address).
If you need to host more complex websites, try the WAMP project, which offers you Apache + PHP + mySQL, a webserver and a database server all-in-one.
A website Hosted in this fashion is accessible only while the computer is turned on.
