VPS server help needed please?
I’ve just transferred my sites from a standard Hosting account to a vps server, and can’t make head or tail out of it! Anyway the problem I have is that one site which was working perfectly before now shows the code instead of the web page. Any ideas where to start looking for the problem?
Hi there thanks for your answer, I’m seeing the source code of the page instead of the page itself. The OS is debian etch, using hypervm cpanel. The host did transfer everything for me and it all works except this particular script, which is an email service.
The Website transfer should have been done by your current provider. Most provide Free Website migration especially if you purchased a fully managed plan.
Anyway, what OS is your VPS running? What kind of code are you seeing? Can you post a snippet of the code? In the mean time, I recommend pointing your DNS back to the working IPs / Webhost until you figure these things out.
