Does anyone know of a company that hosts Ventrilo servers in St. Louis, Missouri?
I may be very confused; do you even have to be in the city where your Ventrilo or Teamspeak server is Hosted?
No, you don’t need to be in the same city. I have set up a server at http://www.teamspeakhost.com I reviewed different services, and this one was the best value above all the others, IMO. The location of the server doesn’t have that great of effect as far as reliability and quality of service. A server in St. Louis might use a lower bandwidth connection than say a service based in Washington, which has a very nice, high bandwidth connection.
Also, I’m located in Mid-MO.
