I’m looking for a hosted solution (opposed to installing software) that is easy to use, is robust, really accurate and has good support. Doesn’t need to be cheap. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I’m looking for web metrics, not web Hosting. Just a web metrics provider (not full solution website host) eg. WebTrends vs. NetTracker vs. WebSideStory, etc.

I have changed my host for 4 times but still I’m not satisfied and many times my site isn’t up…I have found some companies: 1and1.com, webhost4life.com, hostmonster.com, webhostingbuzz.com
Is there anyone who has tested of these?

What Web Host do you recommend that I get for my small ecommerce business?
I bought my Domain from Godaddy but a lot of people on here say they aren’t good. I am wondering who you’d recommend to go with. Also I was wondering if the stuff I bought from Godaddy would still work if I used another Hosting provider (I bought an SSL certificate, will it be usable on another Hosting provider or only on Godaddy?)

assuming you can, is there any way to keep a local copy of data for security purposes?

That’s a good question. I’m not sure if you are looking for some sort of deep integration between Outlook and a CRM package or perhaps there is something else you are wanting.
