Has anybody played neopets? Is there a Hosting site that allows you to use HTML in the same way?
If you are unfamiliar, neopets simple has a box, you type in your html and they let you preview it. End of story. No file uploads or anything like that. I would really like to finds a hosting site that uses the same concept. I learnt my html from playing neopets when I was younger and am having trouble creating a site otherwise. Help.
If it is simple html, then your browser can do that for you. Get a text editor, Notepad will work. Put your html in a file, save it, open it with your browser.
