can do my own designs for a website and then upload and host the site on a Free Hosting site like office live?
for my website i intend to purchase a Domain name and Host It on Free Hosting site like office live or webs, but the design options that they provide are too limited can i have it designed and then upload onto the free hosting site.
It depends on who you go with. With some of the free ones, you’re forced into using their designs/templates/builder. You will need to research it.
